Position Information

Position Overview

The Associate Solution Sales Executive is a sales position within Health Stream with primary responsibility for aligning, positioning and selling a simulation solution portfolio to meet or exceed sales quota within a territory or assigned accounts in the healthcare space. This position requires collaboration with Health Stream assigned account executives and other solution executives. The role will have responsibility for all elements of the sales process, including market segmentation, prospecting, qualifying, positioning, demonstrations, presentations, objection handling, and contract negotiations through sale closure.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all Health Stream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

In this role, the Associate Solution Sales Executive seeks to align simulation solutions with the clinical and business objectives of the account, and increase Health Stream revenue in each account. The Associate Solution Sales Executive achieves these goals by positioning Health Stream as a Simulation Partner, by designing consultative solutions with measurable outcomes based on identified needs, and by assisting in the development of an enterprise simulation strategy that aligns their simulation investments with clinical and business objectives.

Essential duties include:

* Prospecting Activities within Assigned Accounts:
Cold calling, internet research, email, relationship building, and other tactics

* Identify and Qualify Opportunities:
Align assigned Health Stream solutions with prospect initiatives, develop deep customer knowledge and relationships, identify funding source, secure key stakeholder sponsorship, and resolve obstacles/objections
