Job Summary:
The Clinical Learning Implementation Specialist is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical training programs supporting Case Management, Condition Management, and related clinical operations. This role ensures that clinical staff are prepared to meet organizational, regulatory, and quality requirements through effective onboarding, ongoing education, and competency‑based training. Training programs reflect adult learning principles and support consistent, compliant, and high‑quality clinical practice across the department
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivers a comprehensive orientation and role - based training to all new and transitioning associates,
* Delivers training programs as required for new processes, new clinical programs, new software systems and new software system releases.
* Applies training methods and procedures appropriate to the audience and topic.
* Engage learners and encourage active participation in learning.
* Lead demonstrations of systems and processes.
* Lead group activities and manage group discussions.
* Apply effective questioning techniques.
* Perform frequent checks for learner understanding.
* Designs appropriate tools to measure outcomes that relate to the achievement of training goals and modify instructional strategies as needed during delivery to achieve learning goals.
* Creates and maintains standardized training materials or on-line references which are clear, concise, complete, accurate, and in the required format to reflect current best practices
* Reviews, updates, and develops the training program and material content regularly to promote compliance with applicable state and federal legislation
* Designs appropriate tools to measure outcomes that relate to the achievement of training goals and objectives (e.g., practice scenarios, games, exercises, comprehensive knowledge assessments, etc.).
* Assesses all training and education activities through a formal evaluation process, in collaboration with operational leaders and subject matter experts. Measures, analyzes and reports data to the management as required. Assesses areas for continued staff development and offers recommendations for continuous improvement of the training program, making revisions as needed.
* Apply continuous quality improvement principles in all training and education activities. Maintains results-oriented customer focus
Qualifications:
Education
* Active PA Registered Nurse (B.S.N. Preferred)
* Certified Case Manager (preferred)
Experience, Knowledge, & Skills
* Minimum of 3-5 years post licensure experience in a l Health care integrated care setting, hospital, or other health care setting.
* Prior experience in clinical training, education coordination, or staff development preferred.
* Experience with Case Management and/or Condition Management populations preferred.
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Highly professional interpersonal skills.
* Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Comfortable learning new systems.
Fully Remote:
This role is designated by Independence as fully remote. The incumbent will not be required to report to one of Independence's physical office locations to perform the work. However, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
