Location: Rancho Santa Margarita
Schedule: Full-Time | Tues/Thurs – Work from Home (Telehealth) | Mon/Wed/Fri Onsite, 7:00am – 4:00pm

As a Musculoskeletal Intervention Specialist (MIS), you’ll be the go-to expert for injury prevention and employee wellness. You will:

• Prevent & Manage Injuries
  :
  Deliver injury prevention programs and provide OSHA-compliant first aid care.
• Promote Health & Wellness
  :
  Lead educational sessions and support company wellness initiatives.
• Assess & Improve Work spaces
  :
  Conduct ergonomic assessments to reduce risks and boost safety.
• Support Compliance
  :
  Assist with medical surveillance programs, such as hearing conservation.
• Collaborate Across Teams
  :
  Partner with EHS, HR, and leadership to integrate prevention into workplace culture.
• Guide Work Comp Processes
  :
  Assist stakeholders in managing workers’ compensation cases.

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in California
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A team-first mindset with a passion for health and well-being

$30 – $35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
