Athletic TrainerLocation: Rancho Santa Margarita
Schedule: Full-Time | Tues/Thurs – Work from Home (Telehealth) | Mon/Wed/Fri Onsite, 7:00am – 4:00pm

What You’ll DoAs a Musculoskeletal Intervention Specialist (MIS), you’ll be the go-to expert for injury prevention and employee wellness. You will:
- Prevent & Manage Injuries
:
Deliver injury prevention programs and provide OSHA-compliant first aid care. - Promote Health & Wellness
:
Lead educational sessions and support company wellness initiatives. - Assess & Improve Work spaces
:
Conduct ergonomic assessments to reduce risks and boost safety. - Support Compliance
:
Assist with medical surveillance programs, such as hearing conservation. - Collaborate Across Teams
:
Partner with EHS, HR, and leadership to integrate prevention into workplace culture. - Guide Work Comp Processes
:
Assist stakeholders in managing workers’ compensation cases.
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in California
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for health and well-being
$30 – $35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
