Prism Wellness bridges clinical psychotherapy and psychedelic healing to facilitate meaningful personal transformation. Rooted in trauma-informed and somatic approaches, we integrate modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brain spotting, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Integration to help clients heal from trauma, reconnect with their authentic selves, and explore their spirituality. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maryland-licensed Somatic & Psychedelic Therapist based in Baltimore, MD, with a mix of in-person sessions and remote work. The therapist will provide individual and group therapy services focused on somatic, trauma-informed, and psychedelic-assisted modalities, facilitating clients’ healing and personal growth. Additional responsibilities may include participating in team collaboration, documenting client progress, creating treatment plans, and delivering education on wellness practices.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in somatic therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brain spotting, or similar techniques
  • Experience with Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, integration processes, or interest in developing skills in this area
  • Strong trauma-informed therapy practices, counseling, and active listening skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients
  • Maryland licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in relevant fields (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and understanding of ethical standards in therapy
  • Experience or interest in community-based, holistic, or earth-centered approaches to healing
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining detailed client documentation and treatment plans
