• Collaborate with Managers to identify staffing needs and adjust schedules daily
• Maintain statistical information and workflow in accordance with staffing patterns
• Handle orientation and training for agency/external staff per regulatory guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Act as a liaison with external staffing agencies under the direction of management

• Must be able to function independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, reports, and email
• Prior experience dealing with contracts, payroll, or human resources policies
• Minimum of 1 year in a medical setting, customer service, or secretarial experience

• Previous experience in a staffing/scheduler role
• Experience with UKG software
• Familiarity with various computer software programs
