Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. Based in Topeka, KS, the role involves conducting behavior assessments, designing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and collaborating with local school districts to support clients’ educational success. The role allows for flexibility with some remote work.
Qualifications- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Knowledge of Parent Education and Psychology
- Experience in Behavior Management
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
