This is a full-time hybrid Caregiver role based in New Castle, PA, with some flexibility for remote work as needed. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, basic household chores, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments or errands. The Caregiver will also provide companionship, promote client independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment while addressing client‑specific needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with families, healthcare providers, and supervisors.

• Experience in providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Basic household management skills, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and errands
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide companionship and collaborate with families
• Ability to maintain professionalism and prioritize client safety and well‑being
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance are preferred
• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or GED; certification as a nursing assistant (CNA/HHA) is a bonus
• Flexibility, dependability, and a genuine passion for helping others
