• Collaborate with clinical leadership to create, coordinate, and maintain provider schedules using QGenda software
• Assist in providing adequate staffing by working closely with managers to identify needs and adjust schedules daily
• Maintain statistical information and workflow in accordance with staffing patterns
• Handle orientation of agency/external staff, ensuring compliance with DOH and JCAHO guidelines
• Act as a liaison with external staffing agencies under the direction of management

• Must be able to function independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential
• Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in spreadsheets and email
• Prior experience dealing with contracts, payroll, and/or human resources policies is helpful
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting or customer service role preferred

• Previous experience in a staffing/scheduler role
• Experience with UKG software
• Familiarity with various computer software programs
