• Bachelor's degree in Business, Medicine, or Science preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in CAR‑T or related fields.
• Experience with hospital stakeholder management and external partner relations.
• Ability to engage confidently in medical discussions while maintaining a strategic focus.
• Demonstrated project management experience with multiple deliverables.
• Knowledge of cell apheresis or related operations is a plus.
• Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 60‑80%.
