A Role That Supports Functional Success at School and HomeAt Care Options for Kids, our School-Based Occupational Therapists support students' ability to participate fully in learning through functional, meaningful intervention. This hybrid role is designed for OTs who primarily identify as school clinicians and want to extend support into the home environment when appropriate.
In this position, you'll deliver occupational therapy services within school settings, collaborating with educators and IEP teams to support participation, independence, and access to learning. This role also provides home-based services to reinforce skills, support family carryover, and promote functional success beyond the classroom.

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state Occupational Therapy license in State of Practice
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt intervention strategies across environments
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and patient information
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance
