Terrapin Therapeutic Collaborative is a growing therapy practice located in Andover, Massachusetts. Our practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive therapeutic services. Terrapin Therapeutic Collaborative fosters a client-centered approach to ensure quality care and support tailored to individual needs.

This is a full-time office based Therapist role based in Andover, MA, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individualized therapeutic services, conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and participating in ongoing professional development to provide the highest standard of care for clients.

• Proficiency in providing individual, group, or family therapy services
• Experience with conducting client assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies
• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent qualification
• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting diverse client populations
• Previous experience in mental health or clinical settings is highly valued
