Care Enablement Officer

Care at Home Officer – East Ross

37 hours per week (working between 9am-5.30pm)

The role of Care at Home & Enablement Officer is integral to the management of the East Ross Care at Home Service. As post holder you will be responsible for helping ensure service delivery over the large geographical area of East Ross. You will manage requests for service, implement, review and amend support packages, work as part of the local Integrated Team and commission services to Independent Sector Providers.

You will arrange and hold regular team meetings, staff supervisions and advise staff on day-to-day issues. This challenging but rewarding role requires the post holder to demonstrate effective staff management, make complex decisions, and risk assess competing priorities.

• Registered with the SSSC
• SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to obtain within an agreed time scale
• Valid driving licence and ability to use own car
