Job Summary

The Department of Radiology at University of Colorado Denver is seeking applicants for a full‑time radiologist and faculty member in the ED Radiology Section. Candidates from any rank will be considered.

Job Information

Daytime ED radiology position with a one week on, one week off schedule. Workweek is Monday through Sunday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 182 shifts per year. Responsibilities include interpreting emergent and inpatient imaging studies (MR, CT, US, CR/DR), participating in all aspects of clinical practice, engaging in fellow and resident education, and regularly interacting with referring providers in a collaborative academic setting.

Location will be determined during the interview process. The position requires onsite work in Aurora, CO, but is eligible for remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (for all ranks): MD/DO or equivalent, Colorado medical license by hire, A  certified or eligible.

Preferred Qualifications: Subspecialty fellowship training; experience collaborating with multiple clinical specialties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Interpretation of radiology imaging studies and procedures; competency in basic radiology procedures.

Rank determination is based on academic accomplishments, career pathway, and promotion committee input.

    Anticipated Pay Range

    Hiring Range:
    Sr. Instructor $400,000–$450,000;
    Assistant Professor $400,000–$450,000;
    Associate Professor $400,000–$450,000;
    Professor $400,000–$450,000. Faculty are eligible for incentives. Salary is determined by internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
