Are you a passionate, people-centered dietitian looking to empower others on their wellness journey? Join our mission-driven team as a Health Coach Dietitian
, where you'll guide individuals toward improved health through personalized nutrition support, evidence-based coaching, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with members to assess nutritional needs and develop customized nutrition strategies.
  • Utilize clinical tools and data to identify risks and build individualized care plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching and provide educational resources that promote sustainable lifestyle change.
  • Review behavioral health information and dietary patterns to support healthier decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on nutrition science and contribute to innovative health initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • State RD license in state of residence (additional state licensure required after hire, as applicable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary clinical or health-related setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, and lifestyle behavior change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ethical judgment, and patient-education abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
  • Health Coach certification.
  • Experience leading or facilitating positive behavior change strategies.
  • Managed care experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree.

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is: $46,597.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
