Role Summary
Role based in Detroit, Michigan focusing on engaging dermatology-focused healthcare professionals with clinically driven sales messaging. You will build relationships with dermatologists and related staff, collaborate across regional and home-office teams, and drive strategies that support brand and corporate objectives. This role requires integrity and a strong commitment to ethics in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs
Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives - Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success such as industry related congresses, local and regional meetings and medical conferences
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications
- Required: 5 years of specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
- Required: Minimum of 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
- Preferred: Dermatology experience
- Required: Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Required: Residence within the listed territory
- Required: Proven success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments
- Strong and consistent sales performance
- Ethics and compliance orientation; acts with integrity
- Competitive spirit and perseverance
- Collaborates effectively with internal and external partners
- Passion and learning aptitude for science; proactive in strengthening knowledge of disease states, treatment options and healthcare trends
- Ability to connect work to overarching brand strategy and adapt focus as needed
