We are a fun group practice environment dedicated to prioritizing and nurturing the therapist experience. Position Overview:

As a Supervising Psychologist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

You will maintain a caseload of clients while supervising psychologist trainees and/or post doctoral candidates, and signing off on pre‑licensed staff notes. We have positions available for both full or part time opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
  • Maintain a caseload of clients
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events
Supervision Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evidenced-based, data informed, and goal driven individual and group supervision as required to interns and post-doctoral staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
  • Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Review and sign notes for pre-licensed staff
  • Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required
Required

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Candidates must be a Licensed Psychologist in OH
  • Prior supervision experience preferred

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
