CT Technologist; Flexi

Overview

Sentara RMH Medical Center, in Harrisonburg, VA, is currently hiring a CT Technologist II for a flexi/PRN Night (3rd) Shift.

• Flexi/PRN, Nights
• One 12‑hour Night/3rd shift per week

Harrisonburg, VA

Performs Computed Tomography (CT) under the direction of a qualified physician. Performs CT Technologist I responsibilities with addition of one of the following:
Intervention, Dual modality CT/Diag or Hospital Based/Standing ED. Provides quality Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging to patients under the direction of a supervising physician with adherence to the required protocol standards. Performs CT per protocol under the direction of a qualified physician; provides patient and family education; operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational;

maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations. Follow radiation safety regulatory guidelines. Administration of CT Contrast per protocol.

• Trade School Graduate – Radiologic Technology (Required)

• ARRT or CNMT (Required)
• Must obtain ARRT (CT) advanced registry within 2 years of hire
