Location:
Early Intervention and Home-based, South Shore, Massachusetts
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (no weekends)
Travel to client homes on the South Shore as needed. Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
The SSAC Behavior Analyst is an experienced BCBA who demonstrates strong clinical skills, commitment to supervising a team of behavior therapists, and excellent communication with parents, supervisors, and supervises. The role maintains a caseload of clients as determined by the Clinical or Executive Director and carries out all clinical services for each client. The analyst collaborates with other BCBAs and the Clinical Director of the Program and supervises all Behavior Therapists who work with their clients, providing leadership that infuses the company’s mission and values into daily operations and ongoing program success.
EssentialJob Functions / Responsibilities
- Client‑specific oversight: initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, and session scheduling.
- Supervise Behavior Therapists and oversee caseload management.
- Monitor data, write, modify, and train on behavior programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for families, providing daily/weekly updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns.
- Facilitate client transition to a new team when clinically appropriate.
- Provide school consultation and collaborate with other providers/professionals.
- Deliver individual and group parent training.
- Train new Behavior Therapists, mentor other BCBAs, and collaborate with the Clinical or Executive Director on program‑wide needs.
- Contribute to site‑specific and company‑wide projects and tasks as directed.
- Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.
- Protect the confidentiality of clients and families.
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field (required).
- BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA) (required).
- At least one (1) year of BCBA experience or newly certified BCBA.
- Minimum three (3) years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers.
- Provide two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, Instructional Program).
- Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and transport clients or equipment up to 40 pounds.

Job Type: Full‑time | Pay: $70,000.00–$85,000.00 per year
