What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new sales revenue by selling Pharmacy Compliance solutions to healthcare organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chief Pharmacy Officers and VPs of Pharmacy at targeted health systems
  • Navigate complex sales involving integration with hospital EHR systems
  • Employ the employer's sales process to successfully close sales opportunities
  • Analyze territory to prioritize targets and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales, preferably selling software solutions to hospitals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and management skills
  • Familiarity with  and knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EMRs)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling complex clinical software solutions to senior hospital executives
  • Ability to prospect effectively at the executive level
  • Process-oriented approach to selling with a history of closing high-value transactions
  • Desire to engage in ongoing sales and product training
  • Expertise in the healthcare and pharmacy space
