Position: Remote Robotic Stapling Lead for Surgical Innovation

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the district expert on stapling technologies, driving market share growth
- Provide hands-on training and clinical support to surgeons and surgical teams
- Lead the introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures
- Initiate and execute district-wide market development programs and KOL engagement strategies
- Maintain a weekly presence in robotic procedures to enhance expertise and relationships with clinical teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of medical device sales experience
- Field-based role requiring 50% travel within the territory
- Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Business acumen with the ability to analyze regional sales potential
- Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers
- Ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
