Audit and Compliance Analyst - Remote

• Handle various elements of program compliance, policy development auditing, and monitoring
• Develop reports within the Health Care Services teams, including Care Management and Utilization Management
• Assess program compliance and establish auditing and monitoring protocols
• Manage projects, perform data analysis, and develop policies and procedures
• Write technical or operational policies and procedures relating to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managed care administrative, policy, or operational aspects
• Proven track record of assessing program compliance and establishing auditing protocols
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and policy development
• At least 1 year of experience in technical or operational policy writing related to regulatory requirements

• Experience with CMS and State Medicaid regulations and programs related to Medical Management
