- Handle various elements of program compliance, policy development auditing, and monitoring
- Develop reports within the Health Care Services teams, including Care Management and Utilization Management
- Assess program compliance and establish auditing and monitoring protocols
- Manage projects, perform data analysis, and develop policies and procedures
- Write technical or operational policies and procedures relating to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managed care administrative, policy, or operational aspects
- Proven track record of assessing program compliance and establishing auditing protocols
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and policy development
- At least 1 year of experience in technical or operational policy writing related to regulatory requirements
- Experience with CMS and State Medicaid regulations and programs related to Medical Management
