  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and provide support in training and program development.
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Strong clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.

  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team.
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
We’re proud to offer our BCBAs:
  • Competitive, experience-based compensation
  • Performance-based bonuses awarded throughout the year
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • CEU reimbursement and ongoing professional development
  • Flexible scheduling with optional work-from-home (WFH) days
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Company-provided assessment materials
  • Clinical mentorship and leadership support
  • A supportive, inclusive, and growth-minded team environment
  • SIGN ON BONUS

At Bright Behavior Therapy, we are committed to creating an environment where both our clients and staff can thrive. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.
