Position: Medical Specialist I- Dermatology- Fairfax, VA

Location:

Fairfax, VA. This Medical Specialist I - Dermatology role engages dermatology healthcare professionals to communicate clinically-focused sales messaging, build relationships, and drive account strategy and execution. You will collaborate with regional and field teams to address customer needs while upholding high ethical standards and aligning with our core values.

Responsibilities
  • Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
  • Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff key patient advocacy support groups
  • Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs
  • Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
  • Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success such as industry related congresses, local and regional meetings and medical conferences
Qualifications
  • Required:

    5 years pharmaceutical/specialty sales experience
  • Required:

    2 years selling in Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self‑injectable biologic specialty market
  • Preferred:
    Dermatology experience
  • Required:

    Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)
  • Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications (Preferred)

  • Travel required to cover large geographic territories
