Overview

The OCD and Anxiety Center of Minnesota (OCD MN) is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments for individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders. Our therapeutic approaches include Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT), and mindfulness education. Our mission is centered on fostering a culture of life-long learning, listening, and education while improving access to effective, evidence-based treatments for all individuals seeking care.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed OCD & Anxiety Therapist based in St Paul, MN, with the option for some remote work. The therapist will provide direct client care using evidence-based treatment methods, including ERP, CBT, I-CBT, and ACT, to help individuals navigate OCD and anxiety-related disorders. Responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, documenting client progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as ERP, CBT, ACT, I-CBT, and mindfulness practices
  • Expertise in conducting client assessments, treatment planning, and delivering therapy for individuals with OCD and anxiety-related disorders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interactions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar
  • Commitment to professional growth, evidence-based practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapy
  • Experience or certification in delivering exposure-based treatments is highly beneficial
  • Master's or higher degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
