• Clinical supervision provided, as needed

• Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews and case notes
• Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full‑time status
• Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
• Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in‑service trainings

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates must hold clinical licensure or be working toward licensure, in MA
• Candidates must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates must demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Candidates must work within a multicultural lens
• Candidates must be proficient in Electronic Health Record systems
• Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
