Mass General Brigham’s Healthcare at Home division is transforming how and where care is delivered — bringing hospital‑level treatment into patients’ homes and expanding access to home‑based and post‑acute care.
We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and can drive projects that launch new service lines, improve processes, and make a real difference for patients and care teams.
This role manages multiple large‑scale initiatives across Healthcare at Home, owning the full project lifecycle from planning through execution. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
This is a predominantly remote position with occasional travel to Assembly Row, Newton, and other Healthcare at Home locations.
What You’ll Do- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress from initiation to completion.
- Secure resources and use formal tools to develop project charters, manage risks, scope, and changes.
- Keep projects on track and on time.
- Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders on status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Oversee multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
- Guide and support project specialists.
- Identify risks early and develop strategies to minimize impact.
- Analyze and synthesize data to help identify opportunities and track outcomes.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and dashboards to summarize project progress, insights, and recommendations, and routinely present to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Comfort creating and presenting PowerPoint reports.
- Experience with EPIC reporting and analytics.
- Managing large cross‑functional healthcare initiatives, new service line development, post‑acute or home‑based care environments, and demonstrated success in process improvement efforts.
