PositionWe are currently seeking a well-matched clinician to join our New Jersey team as a Hybrid BCBA.

Hybrid supporting home, virtual and daycares/ early learning centers (up to 95% remote work!)
Operating HoursMonday – Friday. Daytime hours and after school hours. Weekdays only, no weekends required. 12-25 hours per week. Pick how many hours you want to work and make your own schedule!
Qualifications- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
- At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training preferred
- Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey. We offer services in homes, schools, and our ABA centers in Beachwood and Columbus, Ohio.
