School Speech Pathology Work From Home

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available supporting K-12 students through teletherapy services in Bakersfield, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to assist with an existing caseload as well as collaborate with another experienced Speech-Language Pathologist from the same provider.

• Delivering teletherapy services aligned with school-based speech and language goals
• Collaborating closely with a fellow SLP to manage and support student caseloads effectively
• Monitoring student progress and adapting therapy approaches accordingly
• Maintaining documentation and compliance with educational and clinical standards
• Communicating with school personnel and families as appropriate

• Valid SLP certification and licensure appropriate for providing school-based teletherapy services
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings with diverse student populations
• Strong familiarity with telepractice technology and techniques for effective remote therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work part-time hours in a flexible, responsive manner

• This assignment is based in Bakersfield, CA with services delivered remotely via teletherapy platforms.

• The contract runs for the current school year
• Collaboration with another Speech-Language Pathologist from the same provider is integral
