Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United States, but there is a strong preference that the selected candidate resides in Mississippi.
** Position

Purpose:

** Ensure compliance with State contract and regulatory reporting and deliverable submission, and tracking and recordkeeping. Oversee and monitor HIPAA privacy regulation, special project assignments and compliance training company wide. .
* Ensure timely state deliverable submission, accuracy of reports, and tracking and recordkeeping of State deliverables.
* Update and maintain deliverable matrices/tracking reports for Health Plan and delegated subcontractors.
* Lead special projects related to Access and miscellaneous reporting.
* Provide reports required for HMO license maintenance, as required by the Department of Insurance.
* Develop and deliver compliance training annually for all employees.
* Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks related to State contract and regulatory reporting and deliverables.
* Lead HIPAA privacy monitoring and oversight, to include quarterly desk audits and collaboration with department managers to address noncompliance.
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Complies with all policies and standards
** Education/

Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of compliance and/or managed care government programs experience.
* Advanced knowledge of a technical or specialized field such as insurance, public health policy, compliance or government affairs.

Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $ per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.  Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
