What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
  • Perform checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM products and solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers to identify customer needs and support sales objectives
  • Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field OR
  • Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., )
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
