• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, proposing analytical solutions to meet strategic needs
• Mentor junior analytical staff on problem-solving approaches and strategic frameworks

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline
