• Serve as the primary regional contact for physician offices, hospitals, and community stakeholders within the assigned territory
• Support prescriber offices by providing education and operational resources to improve referral efficiency and patient access
• Achieve quarterly and annual admit targets through proactive territory management and engagement
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual interactions to build strong relationships with prescribers and care teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on solutions that support business objectives and patient outcomes

• Relevant experience in provider-facing roles such as account management, sales, or healthcare operations
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with prescribers and clinical partners
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable territory strategies
• Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with referral-driven care models or complex therapeutic environments
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills to support communication with prescriber offices and patient communities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
