We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker (LSW) licensed in the state of Michigan who is passionate about mental health and excited to join a collaborative psychiatric practice. This clinician will provide talk therapy services via telehealth, working closely with psychiatric providers and care teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered treatment.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorders, and age-related mental health concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated care
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing collaboration
- Active LSW license in the state of Michigan (required)
- Experience providing therapy for:
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Postpartum mental health
- Adult and/or senior populations
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote / telehealth environment
- Experience with EMRs and virtual platforms preferred
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered mental health care
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based setting
