We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at a leading orthopedic practice in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, a patient-first mindset, and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery protocols.

• Lead a group of passionate PT's and PTA's
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals
• Track and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families for ongoing care
• Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Prior orthopedic or outpatient experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Strong commitment to patient care and professional excellence
