• Handle inbound calls from members, family members, providers, and community partners
• Assist members by connecting them to the appropriate party and providing technical assistance
• Process mail, distribute emails, and schedule meetings and appointments
• Provide information regarding providers within the network to assist consumers in making informed choices
• Perform general clerical work to support the Member and Recipient Services Department

• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year clerical experience with some experience in a call center or customer service
• Valid driver’s license
• Must reside within North Carolina
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as required
• Equivalent combination of higher education and experience may be considered

• One (1) year of work experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disabilities
• Fluent or conversational Spanish speaking ability
