A nonprofit organization in Wisconsin is seeking full-time 988 Lifeline Counselors to provide crisis counseling over the phone and assist individuals experiencing emotional distress. This role can be performed remotely within Wisconsin or in-person at the Brown County location. Counselors will be expected to provide 24-hour support, assess mental health statuses, and coordinate emergency services. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and a working knowledge of mental health issues.
