Medical Specialist (Dermatology) based in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves engaging dermatology clinicians and other key healthcare customers, delivering clinically-focused sales messaging that resonates and drives action. It is a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, customer‑focused position that requires integrity and alignment with core values, with collaboration across regional teams to support brand objectives.
Responsibilities- Developing strategy and executing tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborating with regional colleagues, as well as other field‑based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs
- Analyzing market dynamics and trends to develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives
- Engaging in initiatives to promote sales success such as industry‑related congresses, local and regional meetings and medical conferences
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree - Preferred:
Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications - Required:
Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience - Required:
Minimum of 2 years selling in the Immunology market or a similar subcutaneous self‑injectable biologic specialty market (dermatology experience preferred) - Required:
Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- Strong sales performance with the ability to exceed product goals
- Ethics and compliance orientation
- Collaborative with internal and external partners
- Proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease‑state, treatment options, and healthcare trends
- Ability to connect work to brand strategy and shift focus dynamically as needed
- Travel is required; ability to travel across large geographic territories
- Must reside within the listed territory
