• Coordinate and conduct all aspects of the Pathways Benchmarking program for in-hospital resuscitation outcomes improvement
• Serve as a clinical/technical product expert on all hospital products, providing education and resources to sales personnel
• Act as a clinical expert on in-hospital resuscitation practices, including AHA guidelines and clinical research
• Assist in hospital sales support activities, including in-service education and follow-up
• Draft clinical documents and train sales representatives on resuscitation products and practices

• Bachelor s Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Health Care, or a related field
• RN, EMT-P, or RRT with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in critical or emergency care settings
• Experience educating Health Care Providers
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred

• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on presentation abilities
• Technical savvy with electronic media and computer skills
• Experience with resuscitation practices and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hospitals
