Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will work in a post-acute care setting, providing rehabilitation services primarily for patients with orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal injuries. The role involves home-based care, requiring flexibility and a geographical assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitation therapy services for home-based patients.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Work within a flexible schedule, primarily Monday to Friday.
• Adhere to documentation and charting standards using the Cerner system.

Requirements:

• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Oasis (government-mandated form).
• Minimum of one year of experience in PT/OT home settings preferred.
• Must adhere to dress code: business attire with a white lab coat.
