Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota

$82,000/year

Full-Time (40hrs) | Monday–Friday | CST hours

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily ages 15+)
• Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, addiction/SUD, trauma, social skill deficits, abuse, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder
• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

• Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient CCBHC
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40hrs/wk within 8AM – 5PM CST
• Caseload: ~5-6 sessions per>
• Appointments: Follow-up appointments are 60 minutes

• Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LPCC or LICSW preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience with Smart Carea Plus!)
