• Manage and coordinate various educational interventions, including needs analysis, development, design, and evaluation
• Provide clerical, organizational, and technical support for participants and faculty
• Track and maintain data related to educational interventions, including attendance and evaluation surveys
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of participants and organizations
• Support senior staff with grant development, reporting, and operational timelines

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database software
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in leveraging technology and business partners to deliver educational content
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Ability to develop engaging presentations for various venues, including conferences
• Familiarity with grant writing and reporting processes
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and diverse populations
