A well-established pediatric therapy private practice in Culpeper, VA is expanding and seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join its growing team. This established practice is growing rapidly to meet the demands of the community.
As part of a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs, you’ll have the opportunity to choose where you deliver care across a variety of settings—including outpatient clinic, school-based, and in-home-based—on your preferences and the clinic's needs. You'll work with a close-knit team (yes, they’re really all friends!) and enjoy leadership that has been awarded for excellence.

- Provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services in one or more of the following environments: clinic, school, or home-based early intervention
- Collaborate closely with other disciplines on individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Engage with families and the community through inclusive events and sensory-friendly activities
- Salary Range: $66,560–$93,000 based on pediatric experience
- Choose between salaried or fee‑for‑service compensation models
