Role Description
This is a full-or part time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Bright Builders ABA, based in Baltimore, MD, with options for partial remote work. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and supervising therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include providing parent education and training, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistency and long-term success for clients.
The BCBA will also offer guidance to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices.
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to support and guide families effectively.
- Solid foundation in Psychology and understanding of behavioral principles.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Valid Maryland LBA
- Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting.
- Ability to work in hybrid settings, including in-home, community-based, and remote environments.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
