Remote - EHR Certified Instructor

Find your calling at Mercy! Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma)

Serves the Mercy Health System by conducting end-user training for EHR applications and supporting EHR education initiatives across the Ministry. Ensures Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the department's operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Location:
  
  Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma).
• Experience:
  
  Work experience in an adult training environment or other EHR experience.
• Certification:
  Epic Certified status within three months of employment and achievement of Mercy's Presentation Skills.
• Other skills & knowledge:
  • Ability to travel to support implementation training.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to complete business needs.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor Degree.
• Experience:
  
  2 years work experience in an adult training environment and /or in a healthcare setting. Developing training curriculum and/or computer training.
