Find your calling at Mercy! Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma)
Serves the Mercy Health System by conducting end-user training for EHR applications and supporting EHR education initiatives across the Ministry. Ensures Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the department's operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details Qualifications – Minimum Required- Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Location:
Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma). - Experience:
Work experience in an adult training environment or other EHR experience. - Certification:
Epic Certified status within three months of employment and achievement of Mercy's Presentation Skills. - Other skills & knowledge:
- Ability to travel to support implementation training.
- Good project management skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to complete business needs.
- Education:
Bachelor Degree. - Experience:
2 years work experience in an adult training environment and /or in a healthcare setting. Developing training curriculum and/or computer training.
