Compensation

Compensation: $190K-$215K (negotiable) + bonus and benefits

Location: Fully Remote (Working EST business hours)

Summary

Our client is a growing specialty pharmacy organization serving patients with rare diseases through a high-touch, patient-centered model. With multiple locations and expansion plans underway, they are building the leadership infrastructure needed to scale with discipline, quality, and accountability. This is a newly created senior leadership role reporting to the SVP of Operations. The Senior Director will build and standardize multi-site pharmacy operations, establish meaningful performance metrics, and create the operational foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level oversight across current and future pharmacy locations
  • Lead the build and scale of new sites, including workflows, staffing models, and operational readiness
  • Conduct operational assessments and deliver a clear roadmap to executive leadership
  • Design and refine standardized, repeatable pharmacy workflows
  • Evaluate and elevate existing KPIs into a comprehensive performance framework
  • Build productivity tools and staffing models aligned to volume, therapy complexity, and patient needs
  • Lead cost-to-fill and cost-to-serve analysis to inform growth decisions
  • Embed data into daily and monthly operating rhythms to drive accountability
  • Optimize patient and provider access models and call flow governance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Client Strategy, Product, Data, IT, Finance, and Operations
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

    D.)
  • Active Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 10+ years of progressive specialty pharmacy operations experience
  • 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience leading or scaling multi-site pharmacy operations
  • Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience building scalable operational frameworks and KPI models
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including cost-to-serve analysis
  • Exceptional change management and leadership capability
