• Maintain accurate and timely provider information on all claims and provider databases

• Assist in complex configuration issues and the loading of provider information
• Generate and distribute network‑related compliance, regulatory, and accreditation reports
• Create provider‑related reports to facilitate support for provider services and issue resolution

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and tasks
• Proven customer service experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and applicable software programs
