Payer & Provider Enrollment Specialist

• Manage the payer enrollment process for new groups and providers in the Florida market
• Maintain and manage payer data in Credential Stream for both groups and individual providers
• Investigate claims and enrollment-related issues with care centers
• Resolve inbound claims inquiries using athena
  
  Net EMR
• Act as a liaison between the Enrollment Department and internal and external stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in a payer enrollment function
• Medicare/Medicaid payer experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects
• Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations

• Experience with Verity Credential Stream or other credentialing systems
• Familiarity with athena EMR
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and analysis
