Position: Quality Improvement Project Coordinator (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct thorough reviews of data and best practices to identify improvement projects for regulatory compliance and quality ratings
  • Lead work groups to develop and implement quality improvement strategies and track progress for leadership reporting
  • Coordinate with various departments and partners to enhance overall quality improvement and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as the primary contact with regulatory bodies regarding quality management and reporting requirements
  • Manage projects and initiatives related to Health Care Quality Improvement & Reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare-related work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3 years of experience in accreditation and regulation
  • Master's degree in business administration or healthcare administration
  • Knowledge of Medicare processes and systems
