• Support US and global market access strategies for molecular diagnostic solutions
• Collaborate with regional teams to secure reimbursement and access in key markets
• Develop and communicate compelling value propositions and evidence generation studies
• Monitor policy coverage trends and payer expectations related to molecular diagnostic testing
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and advocacy groups

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related)
• 15 years of experience, including 7+ years of management experience in clinical settings, market access, reimbursement, or health economics
• Proven success in market access strategies within diagnostics, biopharma, or payer settings
• Understanding of reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and payer decision‑making
• Experience with molecular diagnostics, next‑generation sequencing (NGS), and precision medicine applications

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, vendors, and consultants
• Passion for improving lives through access to genomic technologies
