What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage project planning and implementation for various educational interventions
• Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty
• Track and analyze operational data to ensure continual improvement of educational programs
• Provide technical and organizational support for participants and faculty during educational interventions
• Assist with grant development and reporting, including writing and coordinating with partner organizations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database software
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state

• Experience in leveraging technology and business partners to deliver content
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in health professions education or related fields
